While we do our best effort to pack and send your items out as fast as possible, once the item has been sent out, we have no effect over the shipping time or any delays Australia Post may cause. The dates listed for arrival on ebay are only approximations and might not give the exact receiving date. Terms of Sale and Returns:
For any warranty claim returns or enquiries, please message us via the contact seller section. Return postage will be reimbursed once proof of shipment is given and item has been returned in stock and verified for warranty claim approval. Returns not accepted for change of mind or false claims. Please note: Any warranty claims or returns that are tested to be false, returned in a condition different to when sold or returned due to accidental purchase/change of mind will not be reimbursed for shipping and will incur a 10% restocking fee. It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure the correct purchase is being made.
It is the responsibility of the buyer to have their shipping details correct and up to date, this is for both addresses showing in Paypal and Ebay. Any incorrect shipments will not be reimbursed for and Game Raiders will not be held liable for missing shipments due to incorrect information provided.
