Absolutely NO canceling of items and not following through with order.  This is breaching the buyer and seller contract.

When you buy my item it is an agreement to buy from me and I ship your item out to you and have you as an happy customer.

This is abusing the buyer and seller contract and makes Ebay more frustrating.
