This is a small crystal glass drinking boot with wrinkles above the ankle, a strap across the ankle and around the heel.  It is open all the way to the toe.  This is THE boot shown on Page 188, Photo 858 in Shoes of Glass 2. 

The boot measures approx. 3-3/8 in. tall.
