What is high density upholstery foam and what is good foam density?

High density upholstery foam has a close stronger cell foam structure. Basically, the higher the density, the longer the foam will last in your home. It doesn’t mean that the foam is firmer, it’s more about the makeup of how it’s made.

Largest Solid Sheet
The largest solid sheet available for couch foam, boat foam, mattresses, or any other custom shape is Length=80" x  Width=53". Please be aware that when ordering pieces larger than this, the foam will be glued to another piece to meet the requested dimensions.

All our foams are fire retardant and conform to British standards, fire certificates can be provided on request.

Packaging Info

All foam is sold per sheet or in custom sizes and your package may come vacuum packed, rolled, or compressed. Once the package is received open immediately to ensure the foam retains its original size and form. Do not let the package remain unopened for longer than a week, as the foam could lose its shape. When opening the package please use a ball point pen or a pencil, NOT a box cutter. Start with a small incision and break the seal from there.
