Igor Ivanovich Sinepolski was born in 1938 in Vinnytsia, a city of West-Central Ukraine southwest of Kiev. He studied under Yablonska in Kiev, continued his education under Besedin at the Kharkiv Art Institute till 1961. The artist has taken part in countless regional, republican and all-union (USSR) exhibitions.
