This is the key for the Elgrand E52(smart key).

If your key looks the same as this one, then its the correct one for you.
Comes with an uncut new key blade for emergency entry.
These blades are not hardened steel, so any locksmith can cut it.
Battery is used and is flat, so you will need to purchase a new one.
The transponder chip is a little plastic tictack size device, and these keys have a compartment inside for the transponder to be placed in.
You will need to take the remote and your car to an automotive locksmith to have it programmed and cut and they will supply and code transponder chip as well.
We don't supply the OEM phillips transponder chips anymore, because they are sometimes not compatible with the locksmiths programming equipment.
The larger locksmiths have the equipment to program it to your car. Pairing with your car guaranteed. If you can't pair it to your car, you can send it back within 30 days for a full refund.
