1940s Black Velvet/Brocade REVERSIBLE Long Cape Soutache Embellished. Large hook and eye closure, soutache embellishments. Cape has slits for arms and there are ARE 2 TEARS ON THE VELVET SIDE OF THE CAPE, 3" AND 5" FABRIC HAS FRAYED AND IT IS ON THE SEAM AND CAN BE STITCHED.

2 large hooks for closure and 2 decorative buttons.

I'm a size Medium and 5'5" Cape hits at my ankles. Gorgeous heavy weight fabric,  most likely silk or rayon.
