Lovely set of 6 buffalo horn handle knives in original case. All have 'BIRKS' mark on one side of the blade and 'SHEFFIELD ENGLAND STAINLESS' on the other.

The case is slightly scruffy, some rubbing on the outer edges, some rust to the catches on the front, discolouration patches to the cream inner lining and some small rips to the lining where the tips of the knives have rubbed.

The knives are is excellent condition. There are a couple of them that have light surface scratches to some of the blades. One of the handles has what looks like a scratch on it but this could just be a pattern in the horn due to being a natural product but its worth mentioning. One tip on the bottom of one of the handles looks like it could have chipped off or it could be the shape of the horn, hard to tell.

Overall they look hardly used....maybe they were kept for best!
