Extron DVI 201
Description: Transmitter and receiver set to extend DVI or HDMI signals longer distances than standard DVI or HDMI cables
Connection: Use two shielded CATx cables or Extron STP201 cables to connect the DVI 201 transmitter and receiver
Transmission distance: Allows you to send single link DVI-D or HDMI signals over distances over 60 meters for HDTV and XGA 1024x768
Signal extension: Ideal for extending digital video, multi-channel audio, and control signals from devices equipped with DVI or HDMI connectors
HDCP compliant: Supports transmission of HDTV signals with HDCP protection to protect digital content
HDMI Compatibility: Compatible with HDMI signals when used with appropriate Extron adapters
Integrated functions: The DVI 201 transmitter features a DVI pass-through for monitoring to a local display. RS-232 or IR signals can be transmitted together with DVI signals on the same connection for remote control of projectors or flat panel displays
Remote power: Both the transmitter and receiver can be powered via the connection cable, requiring external power only for one of the devices
Signal extension: Using shielded CATx cables, 1920x1200 and HDTV 1080p/60 signals can be extended up to 30 meters. Using Extron STP201 Shielded Digital Twisted Pair cables, you can extend these signals up to 150 feet
Compact design: The transmitter and receiver device housings are made of metal, with a dimension of 1" (2.5 cm) high and quarter rack width
Additional features: EDID support and HDCP transmission, bidirectional passing of RS-232/IR signals, HDMI support with optional adapters, compatibility with other Extron models for greater installation flexibility
External power supply: Supplied with a universal external power supply with high reliability and low power consumption for international compatibility
