Answer: YES, but the SIM card is not included. It is 2+1 card slots design. SIM1 is and SIM2 are both for Nano, and the other one is TF Card (Up to 256GB expansion, does not contain).

Answer: No, but it will get slow when I run more than 5 apps at once. I guess it is only suitable for daily light users.
