I want my customers to be happy while bidding, but ebay makes so many new rules, I have to change things constantly. 

So please bare with me and read everything below

ANY UPDATES to terms and conditions apply to ALL listings even if the update is not shown in the listings. Imagine

editing over 800 listings, you see my point :)

Ebay has changed the way they take payments and auction cancellations. I am charged a flat non-refundable fee,

so please don't tell me you made the purchase by mistake, that mistake costs me.

Also unless you contact me to tell me you are bidding on other items, all payments expected within 5 DAYS or I will cancel the listing

and relist. I hate doing this, but so many folks take weeks to pay without a single word. Thanks for your understanding.

USPS Postal Rates have gone up for international parcels. It is beyond my control and I have so many items 

that it is impossible with my slow internet to edit the shipping on all of them, so I am working on it the quickest I can.

I COMBINE SHIPPING! No matter how many items you win! The shipping price quoted in the listing is the price you pay.

However ebay sometimes does not calculate it right, so PLEASE request an invoice. Do NOT pay double for shipping

ebay does not give me fee credit on partial refunds, so therefore if you overpay on shipping I can only refund you 90% of the overpaid

shipping.

If you are still looking at other items, I ask that you please wait to pay so that all your items can be placed on one invoice. Thank you for your understanding.

Also on rare occassions packages are not delivered within a reasonable time to International locations. Although this is rare, it happens, 

don't panic, and please do not ask question through ebay as "where is my item"

Please ask as "general questions". I will provide tracking information.

 Do not go through the Ebay dispute process. I will handle it myself. I value my customers that much, 

because I do this for my living, I have no other job, so I will take care of my customers MYSELF.

Opening a dispute or case through ebay OR leaving negative/neutral feedback without allowing me to make things right

will get you BLOCKED from future listings with me.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Unless otherwise stated all my specimens are properly papered and UNMOUNTED, not framed.

They are fragile and will require rehydration before moving parts. 

Framed specimens can ship with unmounted specimens, but additional shipping fees apply.

I offer a 14 day refund, for returned items, they MUST be in original condition undamaged for a refund. 

BID RETRACTION: It is your responsibility to retract your bid. Retraction is NOT an option once the auction has ended. Your bid is a contract, please don't forget that.
