The gear knob comes with a un-threaded to threaded adaptor designed to fit the 14mm BMW gear stick, which is held in place with 3 grub screws. The gear knob is then fitted over the top of the adaptor. 

No modification's are needed to the gear stick and fitting takes minutes. 

The Gear Knob is 120mm high and 40mm wide
