Please note the following eBay change effective 1 Nov 2019: When a buyer purchases an item on eBay, and the "ship-to" address is in a state that has enacted "Marketplace Sales Tax" laws, eBay will calculate and add the applicable sales tax at checkout. 46 jurisdictions have done this so far.  The buyer will pay both the cost of the item along with the sales tax. eBay will collect and remit the tax. Please ask me or check with Ebay to see if your state falls under these guidelines.
