- 20mm Diameter Connector : being able to accommodate 550pcs*0.75mm fiber strands maximumly after calculation
- 16W light source was usually placed on Car C-pillar, considering fibers strabnds length can reach roof ceiling covering when you select stralight kits
- Generally install every 10-12 strands per square foot, but it depends on client demand actually, more optic fibers, more stars lighting effects
We will add car use plug in package to satisfy your needs whatever you install in car or not
- Mark star points of the pattern you want
- Drill holes vertically of the points you marked
- Insert fibers about 10cm into the board. Then fix with hot melt adhesive or glass cement
- Straighten and tie up fibers in small bundles to avoid tangled. Better to count the quantity and length of fiber in advance before insert them into holes. And mark which bunch use at which area
- Connect and power on to test. Clip off the excess length from beneath with nail clippers and finish installation
