Rare Target Harajuku Mini Toddler Baby Plaid Pants with Zipper details. These are from the 20th Anniversary Collection. The waist is adjustable and can be cinched tighter. These show normal wash wear and slight fading of the black stretchy portion on the ankles. Some scuffs on the metal zipper parts as well. No holes or stains. See photos for details.
