1. The gear material is 45 steel, and the inner holes are all with a positive tolerance of 0-+0.04. There may be a small amount of burrs in the spot, which is normal.
2. The gear surface has two kinds of blackening treatment and high-frequency quenching treatment, which is the hardness of 45 steel raw materials. Surface hardness is about 40-45 degrees
3.1 Die 10 teeth-14 teeth because the effective tooth height is 12mm, the remaining position looks like there are teeth but not rolled in place, so the two gears are not suitable for parallel biting
4. The outer dimensions of the gear (except the accuracy of the inner hole) may vary slightly according to different batches. Please refer to the actual product! Gear delivery machine screw. Locking screw wrench needs to be purchased separately, no gift!
