Bolt DC Comics Batman 41175

This piece is a Batman inspired Bolt. A Limited Edition of 4000 pcs and once again a timepiece which has been so well finished it defies belief at this price point. As previously stated on some of my other listings in respect of the “Theme” watches there fit and finish is outstanding. The only significant telltale of this being a DC Comics timepiece is the 10 mm dia yellow and black Batman Logo that makes up the day of the week pointer. If you’re a Batman fan then all the better, if not, you are getting a timepiece which is beautifully finished for the money.

Invicta’s description of this model states a 53 mm case when in fact the case measurement is 48 mm. The diagonal measurement to the outer edge of the bezel is 52 mm. I mention this as this model looks much smaller than it is, maybe something to do with the colour. In respect to the colour the purple is deep and rich. Quite stunning actually.

The dial is deep dished with an almost vertical outer chapter ring in purple engraved with white indices. The inner chapter ring supports white lumed stick indices, outlined in purple. Hour and minute hands are finished in white lume, outlined in purple. The main sweep seconds hand is purple, tipped with white lume. Three sub dials support the retrograde day of the week, circular date wheel and 24 hr clock. The quartz movement is the Seiko VH68 so it needs no introduction.

The fixed bezel has been three dimensionally machined to accommodate the gloss black Bolt cabling high passes beneath six bezel towers each accented with black vertical decorative bolts. Horizontal bezel surfaces have been engraved with white lumed dive indices. The large crown is semi protected by a crown protrusion which has been machined onto the case.

The two piece silicon strap is a work of art, it seamlessly integrates into the casework. Two purple bullet accents decorate the shoulders of the strap and a large purple buckle engraved with the Invicta Logo completes the picture.

Invicta have different levels of finishing for their watches dependant upon price point. The Reserve Collection, Blue Label, Gold Label, Purple Label are cases in point. I have found that some of Invicta’s “Theme” models rival the fit and finish of these collections without the price. This model DC Comics Bolt mod 41175 is one of those pieces.

Watch is new with tag and plastics attached. Comes in an Invicta Presentation case with paperwork and will be sent for free via Express Post within the land of Oz.

I have been fielding enquiries recently in relation to the authenticity of the watches I sell and also customers wanting all plastics removed from the watches when being photographed.

Firstly all my watches are certainly authentic. I do not sell, replica watches all though I do know that replica Invicta's do exist as I have myself unknowingly purchase a couple. My advice is not to buy Invicta watches where the country of origin is China. Having said that both replica's I purchased were from the United States, obviously marketed through Chinese affiliates in that country. Try to buy from reputable sellers.

If I describe a watch as new, then it is new and generally is wrapped in the manufacture's plastics. I do remove and replace some but not all of these plastics for photographic clarity. Most of my customers prefer an unmolested product where plastics are concerned however if you are genuine in your enquiry and prefer that all plastics be removed for photographic purposes then contact me and I will oblige.
