Tested. Comes with original headphones. Checked it with batteries. Cassette works great & I didn't notice any speed warble. FM stereo sounded good and I could tune across the FM band. One problem is that the band switch doesn't work and I couldn't get the AM band to come in. Physically, it looks clean and I haven't seen any wear-through of the silver paint or the chrome. Please look carefully at the photos

The foam pads on the headphones are starting to break down, so you'll probably want to pick up new pads
