    I Attention

    1. After using the oil pump, when the fuel hose needs to be pulled out from the fuel discharge nozzle, and if the connection is too tight, do not use excessive force to pull out. Otherwise, the oil nozzle may be loose and cause leakage. If the fuel hose is too tightly connected to the nozzle, you can use a tool to cut the tube or slightly heat the tube so that it could be easier to pull the tube out.

    2. When installing the filter to the inlet end of the fuel pump, the torque should not be too large. Otherwise, the nut may loosen and cause leakage. If you are worried about the lack of the sealing between filter and inlet end, it can be solved by adding Teflon tape (or waterproof seal tape) or applying sealant to the filter.

    3. Be sure to install the filter when using the fuel pump, otherwise impurities entering the fuel pump may cause the pump to become stuck and fail.

    4. The pump is suitable for gasoline or diesel. If it is used in any other water or alcohol liquid, such as E85 standard, ethanol, methanol, race fuel, water or watery liquid may lead to shortened fuel pump life.

    5. If the fuel pump is first received or used again after being used for a long time, and when the motor is rotating but does not absorb fuel, please check if there is any leak in the inlet pipe.

Air ingress may cause the pump not absorb fuel. If the inlet is well sealed, try immersing the pump into the fuel for a few seconds or blowing it out a few times before testing the oil pump for proper working. If you still can't solve it, please contact customer service.

    II Note

    1. All fuel pump is not self priming type.

    2. When output pressure is greater than shut off pressure, the pump motor will not stop turning, but no  fuel will be pumped up, in this case, it's normal that the noise is a little louder.

    3. The maximum height distance between fuel tank and fuel pump is 7 inches, within which will not greatly affect the flow of fuel pump.
