To fully experience Bounce and Explore Jumperoo mode, your child must be able to hold their head upright unassisted and must not be able to walk or climb out of the product. Younger children from ages 6-36 months can opt for Park and Play mode.

The jumperoo comes with a removable seat its removable and the seat pad is machine washable. Max user weight is 11.3kg.

Any date or period for delivery will be considered as indicative only, although it is our policy to try to fulfill standard delivery orders within 5 working days and named day deliveries on the specified day.

Standard delivery orders containing items weighing 5kg or more may take longer to arrive.

Deliveries to remote or rural postcodes may take an extra 1-2 days to arrive, this includes next day delivery.

We cannot be held responsible for delays in the delivery caused by our suppliers, or any other third party.

You will become the owner of the goods you have ordered when they have been delivered to you. Once goods have been delivered to you they will be held at your own risk and we will not be liable for their loss or destruction.

Goods for delivery outside the European Union may be subject to import duties, taxes and/or customs charges. These charges are levied once the parcel arrives at its destination, and must be paid by the recipient.

Acceptance

You will inspect products within 14 Days after their receipt and you will be deemed to have accepted the products unless you notify us that you want to cancel your order or you notify us that the products are faulty.

If no such action is taken, we will consider the products being as described, of satisfactory quality and fit for their purpose, and may not accept any rejection or cancellation at a later date. Your statutory customer rights are not affected.

We offer a 14 day change-of-mind returns policy. If you decide you don't want your item within 14 days, we will accept this to be returned to us for a refund providing it is in anunopened, undamaged, original and completely resalable condition, however, we will not be responsible for postage costs.
If you have received an item that is damaged, faulty, not as described or different than what has been ordered, please notify us as soon as possible and within a maximum of 28 days of purchase and we will resolve this for you. If we do ask you to return it to us, we will cover the postage costs but only up to the level described in our reply email to you.

For items that are not as described or different than what has been ordered, if asked to return, we will only refund or replace once received in unopened, undamaged, original and completely resalable condition

For items that are damaged, we will offer either a replacement part or whole item (if available). We may or may not require this to be returned but will advise as necessary when you contact us.

Please note: if asked to return an item, we unfortunately do not have the facility to produce pre-paid postage labels and you will have to post them back to us of your own accord. If we have agreed to refund the return postage (as advised prior to return), we will refund you once the item is received back to us. 

We always aim to please and endeavour to help as much as possible but please understand that certain things (such as Royal Mail or Courier delivery times) are simply out of our control...
