Published by Assouline in 2010 - Limited edition with this being #151/500 (certificate on front end paper and may be a slightly different #).

Book was prepared in celebration of thee 400th Anniversary of the Discovery of Bermuda and was a project of HSBC (all books were distributed/gifted by them).

Book is in custom clamshell with embroidered crest on cover.  Book is cloth bound, full page images with several fold out images as well.
