Penny halfpenny green. The top stamp is hinged, the bottom unmounted but with a faint gum crease, but both have tone spots.
At bottom is 15R60, ACSC 88(15)k “shading lines missing at lower right corner." Above it is 15R54, unlisted, with a bite out of the inner side of the bottom frame.
