This is 3R34, ACSC 127(3)m “flaw above kangaroo’s ears”. The flaw is often kind of pathetic, like here, or missing entirely. The Guide describes 3R34 as also having a spur in the left value shield and a shade break above the left wattles, both present here. Other 3R34 features often present (not mentioned in the Guide) include a shading flaw behind the roo’s rump, a cut into the left frame just above the lower projecting point, a sloping crown top, a small colour flaw hanging off the SW corner, and various weak or missing lines - above the emu’s tail; next to the oval above the emu’s back; and immediately under the central leaf of the left wattles.
