We design Tune-Up Kits to simplify maintenance of Hustler 54 IN Raptor SD and Raptor SDX riding lawn mowers equipped with Kawasaki FR engines. Performing regular maintenance improves performance and prevents unnecessary wear. Our custom kits include genuine Hustler and Kawasaki parts. These include all the original equipment manufacturer (OEM) parts to re-power engines and renew blades (air filter, fuel filter, engine oil filter, oil and spark plugs). Authentic Hustler and Kawasaki parts maintain consistent performance and guarantee best fit.

Fuel Filter Distinction

Earlier models may feature smaller fuel filter 49019-0027. Based on performance and testing, Kawasaki has updated engines to the more efficient Fuel Filter 49019-0031. This is a larger fuel filter interchangeable with all carbureted and EFI engines.
