This item is Plastic Chain in the colours and lengths listed in the drop down options as it is clearance stock.
Each carton carton of chain contains 2 x 8mm joining links to join the chain to further length of chain or to a wall or post. (May require additional fixings not supplied)
Our Chain is manufactured from strong Polyethylene and can be cut using a hack saw or garden secateurs and is suitable for indoor or outdoor use.
There is a vast range of different qualities of Plastic Chain on offer from various sources today.
When considering a chain you should pay attention to the balance between the thickness of the plastic forming the link to the overall width and the overall length of the link, look closely at some chains and you will see that they appear stretched in the link lengths making them look stringy.
Certain Plastic Chains are formed from malleable plastic which may become softer in summer weather, our Chains are rigid polyethylene which will not suffer from heat or cold and we are confident our Chains will offer you a good value, aesthetically pleasing and long lasting product.
Please note that the 8mm measurement refers to the thickness of the forming the link.
The external dimensions of each link are:
Length 50 mm (+/-1mm), Width 24mm (+/-1mm)
The internal dimensions of each link are:
Length 34mm (+/-1mm), Width 9mm (+/-1mm)
We sell our chain in 3 different lengths (5 meter, 10 meter, and 25 meter) so you should be able to combine these to arrive at your desired length will little wastage.

These products will be dispatched on a 2-3 working day delivery service or quicker. We do not dispatch orders on Wednesdays as we are closed. Most orders will be dispatched the same working day if payment has been made before 12 noon and the order contains no special custom requirements.
