I will not babysit purchases. "I found it cheaper, "I don't know what I'm doing, "I didn't read/look", or "accidentally hit the buy it now button" are all equally unacceptable reasons for cancellation, return requests, and refunds. You had to have searched for, found, clicked on, bought, checked out and paid for the item in good conscience. If you found an item, got excited about it and purchased without reading, fearing someone else would have bought it, that is not my fault. I'm not responsible for how you make purchases.

Keep your account secure from others, ESPECIALLY if you have children. Once an item has been paid for, I assume it's been bought responsibly and will ship it. I will not honor item cancellations once the item has been shipped. YOUR child should have no business with access to your payment information.

Please have a confirmed & and ACCURATE shipping address. Once the package has been shipped it's out of my hands and becomes the postal services responsibility.

I will not give courtesy refunds for lost, missing or damaged packages especially if it shows delivered on the tracking. If you believe there is the possibility of mail theft, or environmental damage from wind, rain, or snow in your area or from the USPS itself, please have someone you trust look out for your mail, or set up a PO BOX or to have it held at your local post office, or If you want additional insurance on your package, please discuss it with me first. 

If you would like combined shipping, ask for which items you would like to combine.

I have a finite number of boxes and cannot guarantee that I carry specific boxes for specific orders.
