Woods Power Grip G0695 Glass Suction Lifting Cup Tool.

Picked these up at a farm sale but I don’t think these are working or maybe I just don’t know how to use them. The plunger buttons seem to work ok but I cannot get them to suction on glass.

Sold for parts/needs repair only. No returns
