I’m considering these as new open box. You can tell neither of the birds have ever been out of the box and look brand new. The boxes themselves are in kind of rough shape with some tears in the plastic and some tear spots in the cardboard. Since both of these birds are still in the box with all the original twist ties, I’m not able to check the batteries for any type of corrosion or anything in the battery compartments so I’m having to sell them untested as is.
