This item includes a CD in sleeve. CD is released for older Windows. I tested it working in WinXP/7/8/10. Browse the CD and run the setup.exe file. The installation takes about 1-2 minute to see the setup status dialog. The setup stayed at 29% for 2 minutes, and then the installation continued quickly to complete.
