If you change your mind or the item doesn't fit, we are happy to exchange or refund your item within 14 days of purchase. For a refund, please open a return through ebay, for exchanges, please contact us directly. This policy is in addition to your statutory rights.

We are unable to provide combined postage invoices, we do however refund excess postage, usually immediately after purchase. Smaller parcels are posted using Royal Mail 2nd Class Signed For, Larger items are sent using Fedex Tracked. Tracking numbers are always uploaded to ebay once dispatched. If you have any package or delivery queries, please contact us in the first instance so we can help locate the parcel. If your parcel cannot be located we will ship a replacement or refund the total cost, whichever is preferred.

This is our clearance shop where we sell Henselite, Emsmorn and Greengauge Sports Products. The majority of the items listed are End of Line Clearance, where the item is brand new in packaging, unworn with no faults. These are "when they're gone they're gone! We do occasionally sell shop soiled items, these are clearly described in the product listing and listed as New with defects, photos are always provided of any defects. These items are still in original packaging and unworn and heavily reduced from the RRP.
