Please carefully review the item photos and ask any questions BEFORE bidding on the item.  We describe the item as best we can, we are not professional graders. Paper money that is graded by 3rd party professional graders are noted as such and we do not describe them further, and cannot be held responsible for 3rd party professional grading errors or omissions. In either case please determine the actual condition for yourself by reviewing the photos and asking questions.

We'll do our best to ensure the item reaches you in the same condition as it was shipped.  Delays, errors, problems can happen - if there's a problem, PLEASE contact us before leaving negative feedback - we'll do our best to resolve the situation to your satisfaction.

PAYMENTS

All payments are now handled by ebay.  If payment is not made within 4 days after auction close, an unpaid item case will automatically be opened with ebay, we must do this in a timely manner in order to get the transaction fees refunded.

SHIPPING and HANDLING

Please read and understand our shipping policies before purchasing. Our policies are intended to ensure safe, secure shipping for both parties and follow all legal requirements - please do not purchase and then ask us to change our policy - we will not do it.

Shipping costs continue to rise each year, we cannot control that. We do not try to profit from Shipping & Handling; our goal is to charge actual costs which include shipping cost plus handling cost (padded envelopes, materials & insurance, typically about $1.50). All shipping rates and methods are non-negotiable - please do not purchase and then ask us to change our policy - we will not do it.

We will only ship to the address supplied by ebay.  Please be sure that the address you have registered with ebay will be confirmed through USPS (or other shippers for orders totaling more than $500), if it is not we may cancel the order.  Please do not buy and then ask us to ship to a different address UNLESS you have changed your ebay registered address to that address. You can always change it back after the purchase. 

-The address provided by ebay must be in full English and include Name, Address, City, Region or State, Postal Code, Country and a valid Phone Number (in order to facilitate shipment).  If these conditions are not met we may cancel the order.  

- We cannot ship to PO Box addresses for orders totaling more than $500 since these shipments will require a signature.  We do not ship to international PO Boxes.

- If you use a shipping forwarder, the item is considered delivered once it arrives at your shipping forwarder's address; we are no longer responsible for delivery once it arrives at your shipping forwarder.

- If any item is returned due to incorrect, insufficient, misspelled address or refusal by the customer to take delivery, the item will be refunded minus all shipping costs.

- All items are tracked with delivery confirmation. Once delivery is confirmed to the buyer's address or shipping forwarder, it is the responsibility of the buyer. Please be sure your mailbox or delivery point is secure.

- Any item that is lost in shipment, mis-delivered, not received by the buyer for any reason and for which we issue a refund is still our property and will be reported to the appropriate agencies and collector groups to prevent it from being resold.

COMBINED SHIPPING
We will combine shipping of multiple items purchased to the same address as long as payment is received at the same time (we must ship promptly to keep good ebay status); due to the additional weight of additional items the combined shipping cost will be determined after purchase of items. Again, we can only apply combined shipping to items purchased on the same day as we must ship promptly to maintain good ebay status.  FOR COMBINED SHIPPING, PLEASE DO NOT USE CHECKOUT - WAIT FOR THE COMBINED SHIPPING INVOICE.

DOMESTIC SHIPMENTS (USA):  

- Use Ebay checkout UNLESS you wish to COMBINE ITEMS for shipment. If you have purchased multiple items, then please wait for a revised invoice - you will receive it within 24 hrs with combined shipping charges, then pay from the revised invoice.

- All Domestic shipments are tracked with delivery confirmation.

If your invoice total is (all values in USD):

 - less than $500, your item(s) ship USPS First Class Mail with tracking and your shipping cost is $5.00

 - $500 or more, your item(s) ship USPS First Class Package with tracking and signature confirmation. Your shipping cost will be $10.00.  This includes tracking and delivery confirmation and a signature will be required.

 - If your invoice total changes the shipping cost category (>$500), or if you want to combine multiple purchases, please do not use eBay checkout, but wait for a revised invoice.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS

International shipping has become higher risk due to lost, undelivered, delayed or damaged items.  We do everything we can to ensure a safe and satisfactory delivery by using shipping methods with higher security and tracking for both buyer and seller protection. International shipping has become more and more expensive over the years and we have no control over this. Ebay has made international shipping for coins and currency more complex since these categories of items do not qualify for simplified ebay international shipping. Note that for some countries such as Hong Kong, Israel and Singapore, the shipping cost shown on your purchase may be too high (due to ebay categorizations), so if this is the case, please inquire before paying for the item, and we can send an adjusted invoice, or, if you did pay for the item, we may send you a refund for the difference between actual shipping and handling cost and the amount charged on ebay. Note that our handling cost (cost of envelope, packing material, labels, and insurance) is typically about $1.50.  All international shipments are tracked with delivery confirmation.

Per U.S. Customs Laws we are required to provide descriptions and value of all items shipped internationally.  The buyer is responsible for paying any and all customs duties, import taxes and any other import charges - these costs are NOT included in the item final sales price or shipping costs.  We declare the item as 'obsolete num. cns.', HS Tariff No. 9705.00.00 for customs. Please check with the customs office for the country where the item will be shipped to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding on or purchasing our items.  Please note that we cannot be held responsible for customs delays.

- less than $500, and the destination address is in Australia, Belgium, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Iceland, Ireland, Japan, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Sweden, Switzerland, or the UK, your item(s) will ship USPS First Class Package International with tracking and delivery confirmation and your shipping cost will be $22.

- less than $500, and the destination address is one of the remaining countries we ship to, and none of the above, your item(s) will ship USPS Priority Mail International with tracking and delivery confirmation and your shipping cost will be $45.

- $500 or more, your item(s) will ship by an International Package/Mail Service (our choice) and your shipping cost will be $95.00.  This includes tracking, delivery confirmation and a signature will be required.

- If your invoice total changes the shipping cost category, or if you want to combine multiple purchases, please do not use eBay checkout, but wait for an adjusted invoice.

RETURN POLICY

Any item may be returned within 30 days of receipt.  Please notify us within 14 days after receipt so that we know you are returning the item.  

 - All returns must be in same packaging (mylar holders, flips, tubes, protective packaging) as when shipped.  

 - Buyer pays return shipping costs. 

 - Refund will be made after the item has been received in the same condition as it was shipped.
