Left Obverse Side is ripped apart most of the way.
Right Obverse Side has tears, cracks and holes.
Top is cut open. Bottom has a tear in the middle.
On Reverse Flap does have cracks and tears.
Flap also has top part tore off and is missing.
Flap has a Blue "B" stamped on it.
