This is The Art of Marvel Captain America The Winter Soldier hard cover book. It comes in a  nice slipcase and it is from 2014. The case has a few bends but I took pictures for you. Also on the  back of the book itself there are a couple yellow dots and I don't know if it's part of the background. We did buy this book used. The pages are like brand new and was basically on a shelf. It comes from a non-smoking home.
