From the estate sale of a longtime Apple fan! Great promotional/advertising item.

I tore off the top page which had a phone number written on it. Judging by the amount of the ~1/8” of rubbery substance holding the pages together at the back (which I carefully removed with a razor blade), I’d estimate that no more than 10-12 pages of this pad were used. Excellent condition. Great for display!
