Campbell Scale Models built kit 363 "Campbell Supply". Out of production kit. Kit is very nicely built and in excellent condition. Stick built construction of wood, cardstock, corrugated aluminum sheeting, and plastic. Wood is lightly stained. Model has never been installed on layout. Structure is built on pilings making the entire structure dock height. Could be used for many different commercial uses (feed store, hardware, farm supply, etc). It will be carefully attached to styrofoam board for shipment in sturdy box. I have an excellent track record with shipping and take pride in my care of packing, however, it is possible small details may become loose during shipment.

I ship every day except Sunday and monitor postal rates to make safe shipping as economical as possible. I take packing seriously! I use bubble wrap and plenty of packing material.
