Vintage 1999 Pokemon Card Binder Pikachu Red. Bad Condition See Photos.

So this isn’t in the greatest shape it’s seen better days for sure

Issues are as follow

The latch to snap it shut is torn off

Some pages have torn plastic

The front plastic sleeve has a tear on the inner section of the front cover

Some of the outer red is lifting so you can see the inner cardboard

You could use this as a binder still or at the very least use as a shelf piece in your collection room.
