My research online and looking at other examples makes me believed these are Direclty Handmade from NAGA TRIBE (ASSAM/INDIA)   Naga people  : The Naga people (pronounced [naːgaː]) are a conglomeration of several tribesinhabiting the North Eastern part of India and north-western Burma. The tribes have similar cultures and traditions, and form the majority ethnic group in the Indian state of Nagaland, with significant presence in Manipur, Arunachal Pradesh and some small population in Assam. The Naga tribes practised headhunting and preserved the heads of enemies as trophies through the 19th century and as late as 1969. I believe these could’ve been used as earrings and would look lovely either hanging from a little stand, or perhaps framed with a photograph an example of such tribal use. Please verify and do your research as there are no returns.

They are a little shy of 2 inch diameter please see

Pics for detailed measurements . They do have the engraving’s which I’m sure symbolic in upon further research one kind of done if I exactly what the patterns in Pictures mean.

These appear to be quite old. Hence, you will see imperfections, and a color variety with in the shell itself. I believe this contributes to my assessment of age.
