The cover is not split.  There seems to some kind of residue on the front  mostly on her forehead  there is wear on the rest of the cover, but not bad at all.

There is a name written on the back also.

The record has paper sleeve scratches. Also a couple of very light needle scratches on one side that can only be seen with close examination.
