Beautiful broderie anglaise white blouse. Victorian style with poet sleeves, gathered/ ruffled cuffs. High collar with two pearl style buttons to close. Could also be used for cottagecore/ pirate/ medieval styles. Both sleeves have little caps on the shoulders. Very versatile, and stylish.
