Gorgeous powder blue nylon chiffon and white Chantilly lace evening gown. Circa 1950s.

Classic 50s New Look dress with a fitted bodice, nipped waist and full gathered flaring skirt.

Powder blue nylon chiffon fitted bodice overlaid with white Chantilly lace as pictured. Straight front and back neckline as pictured. Interior boning for a firm fit. Can be worn strapless or tied with rolled chiffon shoulder ties.

Ruched powder blue satin pleated/ruched band extends around the back to a large bow which snaps closed on one side.

Nipped waist and four layer full gathered skirt - the inner layer is tulle net, the middle layer is the same blue satin as the bodice, the second layer is additional tulle netting, and the outer layer is the powder blue nylon chiffon.

Exquisite front asymmetrical nylon chiffon peplum with lace overlay as pictured.

Does up the center back with a 13" long metal zipper.

I'm 5'4" and this comes to the top of my ankles. It may be shorter or longer on you depending on your height.

Please note the dress is shown with a crinoline which is not included.

DESIGNER LABEL - Only a blue on white union tag remains.

CONDITION: Excellent - No odors, discoloration, fading, snags, picks, holes, stains, or rips.

SIZING: Tagged a vintage size 7. However, based on the measurements below, I'd say this would best fit a modern size XXS to XS (extra extra small to extra small) depending on how you like your fit.
