Heat Exchange takes place using counter flow technology, opposite directional flow between liquids. on independent circuits ensuring coolant and water circuits are kept separate and free from contamination. Providing a constant supply of hot running water. 3/4" BSP connections. More Plates for a Higher Flow and Economic Heat Transfer.

Why install insulation jackets for plate Heat Exchangers?
The main goal here is to limit the heat loss to atmosphere. Non-insulated plate heat exchangers always lose heat. minimising heat loss will help ensure highest heat transfer to domestic hot water systems. Higher exit temperature from the heat exchanger will allow greater cold water dilution quantity, which will in turn allow higher flow rate at tap or shower head. All plate heat exchangers should ideally be insulated
