Items in our listings & eBay Shop are on the stock file within our Parts Department, although they are marked reserved once placed on eBay. If in the unlikely event that our workshop or local customer requires the item urgently we reserve the right to withdraw the item from sale on eBay but will attempt to contact any bids to explain the situation.
We reserve the right to re-list any items not paid for within 7 days & record any unpaid strike against the winning bidder unless that bidder has contacted us to inform us of any delay such as a holiday, when we will extend the period to an agreed date. If that date is then exceeded then the above will apply & negative feedback will be left.
PAYMENT
For UK buyers I accept payment by means of Paypal, cheque, postal order, cash by recorded delivery, bank transfer and cash on collection by arrangement.
It is up to the buyer to make sure that any parts they buy from me are suitable for their cars. I do endeavor to describe my goods accurately and honestly. I am more than happy to answer any questions however trivial or supply more photographs - it is better to ask questions before the auction ends rather than afterwards to save time and money for both parties.
POSTAGE AND PACKAGING
I do package very well and above all my priority is making sure that your goods reach you in perfect condition!
Delivery within the UK will be by first class/first class recorded or special delivery, heavier/bulkier items will be sent by standard parcels/Parcel force or even courier. I usually post within 24 hours of receiving cleared payment. I am happy to try and meet deadlines if you email me beforehand.

I will accept returns providing the item is returned to me in the condition it left me within 7 days, although correctly supplied products will incur a 20% surcharge and you will be liable for postage and packaging.
