What is a cash register? It's easy... A classic PC-based cash register consists of a continuous operation cash register computer, usually with RS-232 and powered USB, a good cash register monitor, usually with a touchscreen and a cash register printer. The rest - a cash drawer, cash register scanner and customer display can be retrofitted at a later date. The cash register computer should be fast enough to be able to work with the TSE cash register programs. This creates a TSE cash register for you as hardware.
The easiest thing about the checkout is the printer. He simply prints the receipts. If possible, the cash register PC should be a real cash register PC to enable continuous operation. The most important thing at the checkout is the monitor with touchscreen. If possible, a cash register monitor should have a solid touch surface; one made of glass would be nice. Why glass? With a glass touchscreen, the surface is unlikely to ever be damaged and the areas you constantly print on will wear out quickly.
To do this, you need cash register software that can work with TSE Stick, as well as a suitable TSE Stick. You can use our checkout program - express checkout for classic retail, as well as for street sales, e.g. snack bars / pizza etc. What is “retail”? You sell newspapers and magazines, you rent out your goods, you sell cell phone accessories and DVDs, kebabs, pizzas and cola - all of this is retail. Even if you name “washing/cutting” and “other” as items in a hairdressing salon, there is nothing to stop you from using them in this way.
