On offer are a black large six [6] pin plug and matching socket manufactured by Bulgin in England.

The panel mounted socket fits through a 1.50 inch diameter hole and is fixed by two screws through the flange. This example has the connection leads entry to the plug 'in line' with the cable being held with a fitted metal cord grip, the plug is about 2.60 inches long including the cord grip, and the end that fits into the socket is about 1.10 inches diameter. The connections to both the plug and socket are into screw down terminals.

These were extensively used for inter-connections on many pieces of industrial, communications and audio equipment during the 1960s & 1970s and are now becoming increasing more difficult to find.
