No original packaging but tank and figures are all there including build manual. Manual does have a bend in it down middle.

Note that: 

1) In order to help prevent any breakage of individual parts during transit, this set will be shipped partially disassembled and enclosed in a sealed zip-loc bag. Also be aware that parts such as the linked tracks may come unlinked during shipping. Simply use the instructions to fully rebuild the kit.

2) Many Cobi kits come with additional spare parts. All spare parts that came with this set are included. See photos of the spare parts with the instruction manual image(s).
