This is an original The Price Is Right showcase prop that was used on-camera. 

Due to The Price is Right's recent decision to move across town after taping their show for 50 years in the same studio at Television City, some show items kept in storage were given to employees since the show is moving to a much smaller studio and cannot accommodate all of the historical props and set pieces they've held on to all these years.
