I list as NEW because the Statue is in new condition. She has been removed from box and I inspected and searched for scratches and chips, in fact there are none. She is in new condition. I had on display in a glass showcase in a window less room for a little, then moved to Pa and went back into box and stored away on back of closet in a tote, her box is also in wonderful condition.
