Antique Rustic Primitive Iron Wire Farm Basket with Bail Handle. 

A magnet sticks to the basket, indicating iron. 

Large - 14" wide, 11" tall up to the hooks, 17" total height including handle.

Vintage Farmhouse Style, can be used indoors or out.  Looks like it was never painted

Condition is good, it's very old and there is rust patina.  No broken parts, nothing missing.  See last photo for a couple of slightly bent rungs.
