At RueZone we find new homes for Smartphones. With our industry leading ADISA approved and MobiCode certified diagnostic and secure wiping tools, our UK based in-house repair and refurbishment ensures we?re the best place to shop for renewed and pre-loved mobile devices that are as good as new.


All our devices will:

    Include a 12 month warranty (Unless otherwise stated)
    Be refurbished to the highest possible standards and will have passed MobiCode diagnostics and secure data removal
    Include a charging cable, cleaning cloth and sim ejector tool

Shipping

All orders are sent via Royal mail tracked 24 unless otherwise stated.


Orders weekdays before 3pm will be shipped the same day, orders placed after this time will be shipped the next working day. Any orders on weekends or bank holidays will also be dispatched on the next working day. We will provide you with a tracking number as soon as the item is shipped.


Please note that in most cases Royal mail tracked 24 will deliver next working day, however their guidelines state that it can take 1-3 days for delivery, so please wait 3 days until reaching out if your parcel has not arrived.

Returns

If you would like to return your item, please contact us directly through the eBay messaging system.

    Faulty items - In the unlikely event that your device develops a fault, you are covered by our 30 day return window for refund and 12 month warranty for repair or replacement. Please see our warranty details for more information.
    If you decide you no longer want the item, we have a 30 day hassle free return window for a refund.  Please note the item needs to be returned in the same condition that it was sold in and include all accessories that were provided.
    Shipping labels will be provided where the device develops a fault, however if we cannot replicate the fault once the device is received, any postage costs will be deducted from the refund amount.
    If you have purchased the item in error and would like to return the item the maximum refund we can offer will be the price paid minus a 10% handling fee. Please note the buyer will be responsible for shipping costs in this instance.

Please note that we cannot provide any refunds or replacements until the item has been received back to us.

Grading

Excellent Condition - The device is in excellent cosmetic condition with zero to few minor imperfections. Fully tested, data wiped and in full working order.


Very Good Condition - The device is in good cosmetic condition and will show only light signs of use. Fully tested, data wiped and in full working order.


Good Condition - The device will show moderate signs of use which may include scratches or small dents to the body. The device is fully tested, data wiped and in full working order, at a great price!


All of our devices across all grades will (Unless otherwise stated):

    Have a minimum of 85% battery health
    Be network unlocked - useable by all UK networks
    Fully tested and securely data wiped using MobiCode diagnostics
    Have a 12 month warranty for your peace of mind

Terms

RueZone offer a cancellation period of 30 days from the date your order is placed. If you change your mind about a device you have purchased, you may return it to us and we will offer you a full refund, provided the phone is returned in the condition it was received in, with all accessories included. Please note if the item was purchased in error, the maximum refund we can offer will be the price paid minus a 10% handling fee. The buyer will also be responsible for shipping costs in this instance.


We cannot provide refunds for devices that have been physically or water damaged, have been opened by a 3^rd party or have any account locks active.


If your device develops a fault outside of the 30 day cancellation period, RueZone offers a 12 month warranty (Unless otherwise stated) with every handset we sell, to give you extra peace of mind in your purchase.


We will repair or replace any device fault that develops as a result of faulty parts or poor workmanship.


Please note, we will only offer a refund outside of the 30 day return window if we cannot offer a repair or replacement for the device.


What is covered:

    Technical Defects
    Faults caused by poor workmanship or materials
    Faults caused by faulty parts
    The battery is covered under warranty for 6 months if a fault develops, however the device health is not covered as this deteriorates with use

What is not covered:

    Customer Damage (Including accidental)
    Damage to screens, fascias and surrounds (inc. fading and discolouration)
    Water/Liquid/steam damage
    Issues caused by third-party software
    Issues caused by unlocking your device
    Any components added since the item was originally sold to you

What Voids your Warranty:

    ny physical or water/steam damage that occurs to the phone while in your possession
    If your phone has been opened, including work or modifications carried out by a third-party
    If your phone is returned with an account lock or Screen Lock active
 
RueZone accepts no responsibility for damage which occurred when attempting to network unlock a device if it was sold to you locked to a network. We reserve the right to repair or replace any handset on a like for like basis. Full terms and conditions can be found below.
