UNTESTED. No power cord or anything else; just the box. Sold as-is. Lights do turn on when plugged in.

I found a group of these at the thrift store. I don't know anything about them. When you plug it in the standby and the ethernet port both light up. Beyond that I know nothing. Low price to reflect the uncertainty.
